In our brief titled Place-Based Partnership’s Growing Use of Community Dashboards, we outlined six key practices that are integral to the use of outcomes in place-based efforts. In the process of tethering local cross-sector collaborations to collective visions for wellbeing and accompanying desired outcomes, these six practices outline the necessary infrastructure, capacity and communal engagement necessary to animate those outcomes and sustain long-term focus to collective strategies.
